In order to adopt a tree, fill out the information below and click on the donate button, once your donation has gone through, we will contact you for adoption details.

Note: donations tab takes you to a Plymouth State University window, Each donor and their honoree will be recognized on our Arbor Family Wall, with the option to receive a commemorative certificate by mail.
